EurAV carried out a number activites in addition to the project launch. These took place in July and August, 2024 to present the completed project.

Conference

The conference at RIU in Dublin was a targeted invitation event aimed at the stakeholders whose names had been gathered through publicity, outreach and activities over the course of the project. Sixty four individuals registered to attend. Of these, 46 turned up with two additional stakeholders who hadn’t registered, resulting in an attendance of 48. EurAV project manager, Declan Cassidy presented the project and Tony Sharpe, media specialist, gave a keynote speech. In addition, there were round table discussions, based on the workshops that we had held in synchronisation with Nursing Homes Week, and opportunities for networking over refreshments.
